Why I like it

I've partnered with the Mojohire/Fastr.ai team for years. They were first to nail contextual talent rediscovery in an ATS database. We did a good deal of partner deals with them at Greenhouse. Anyone on Jobvite, iCIMS, Lever, Taleo, UKG, Avature should take a look at this platform and if you haven't in a bit give it a revisit. And other vendor's AI credits are costing you - you might take a look. Their workflow sits on top of your ATS and it fairly effortless to launch. As ATS platforms built their own matching engines (which burn credits so they can charge you more and which aren't nearly as thorough contextually where matching is concerned.)
